Trevor Kraus, MSc, CD, ACC, PMP, rmc
Trevor is a Master Integral Coach™ certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has over 20 years of experience coaching senior leaders, managers, and organizations through complex challenges. Specializing in fostering inclusive, high-performing teams, Trevor assists clients in navigating significant organizational transformations, resolving conflicts, and improving communication and decision-making skills. His approach emphasizes personal and organizational growth, creating sustainable, inclusive workplaces where employees feel valued and supported, and leaders drive positive change.
With a diverse background as a former senior executive, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and a decorated Army Veteran, Trevor brings practical, real-world experience to his coaching and mentoring both one-on-one and in groups. His holistic coaching framework integrates the individual’s inner world, behaviour, relationships, and external systems to create lasting transformation. Trevor’s expertise extends to leadership development, career transitions, and overcoming barriers to success, strongly emphasizing Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA). Through his work, he supports organizations in accommodating employees effectively while fostering an environment that promotes well-being and engagement.
His commitment to community service complements Trevor’s profound expertise. He volunteers at the Ottawa Mission, has served as Board Director and Vice-Chair of a nonprofit, and has been a TEDx Presentation Coach for four years. Additionally, he taught at the Algonquin College School of Business. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his two teenage daughters and wife, exploring the outdoors, travelling, and engaging in various volunteer projects.
